| Previous to running The Tole Hole, I was a retail manager for 10 years. I ended that career after my 2nd child to become a SAHM. To ease the wrestlessness I had to do something that would allow me to still stay at home with my kids, I took up tole painting. I am a self taught painter and have been painting and designing for 16 years now. In my early days, I began selling at craft shows, and in consignment shops. My desire to expand my business lead me to begin wholesaling out to other shop owners who desired to carry my products. I believe that the business knowledge that I gained over the years has helped me to relate and provide to other shops a line of products that has always proven to be profitable to them. All of our products featured here are handpainted and sewn by me and assembled by my husband and I. We take great pride in the quality of product that we produce. I think that you will be pleased with the quality and attention to detail offered on every item. My love of antiques and old collectibles, has steared me to design a product line that captures an old antiqued/primitive look. All of our products are taken through an antiquing process that leaves our products with a finish that is loved by those who share that love of the antique/primitive look.
